Prepare (simple)
- The process in question (2 minutes, even imperfect).
- Where it hurts (time loss, errors, costs, delays).
- Your main constraint (required tools, security, timeline, budget).
- Who decides and who executes (roles only).
No need to prepare
- No need for perfect KPIs. Order-of-magnitude context is enough.
- No long documentation required.
- No need to open your systems live.

Quick answers before the audit
Remote or on-site?
Remote is the default format. On-site is possible when it adds real value.
Audit price?
EUR300 for the 1-hour audit. It is waived if we continue together, and refunded if no actionable improvement path is identified.
What if it is not a fit?
I tell you clearly during the call. If the format is not right for your context, we do not proceed.
Simple condition: you provide the necessary context during the audit (current process, constraints, expected outcome).
Before booking

Do you travel on-site?
Mostly remote. On-site is possible when it is worth it.
